Francine Swarts is a second-generation Realtor as her mother was a Realtor for over 40 years. Francine became a Realtor in 1992 because like her mother, she enjoys helping people achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Francine enjoys staying on top of her continuing education and she has received her GRI designation and her LTG designation plus her Brokers license early in her career. Working with her clients and her community are always high on her priority list. Francine's husband Ken joined her as a Realtor in 2009 to form the Swarts Team. Early in 2019, they both were joined by their youngest son Matt Swarts to continue the family tradition of helping people buy and sell real estate. All three are very accessible by phones, texting or email anytime.
Matt Swarts, like his dad, had been working in the automotive industry through high school and college as the dealership's sales manager. Matt joined The Swarts Team in early 2019 bringing his amazing computer technology skills, his marketing and advertising skills and his millennial view points, all of which are so very important in today's real estate market. Of course, mom and dad are very proud and pleased to have him and what he brings to the team, joining them!
Ken Swarts spent most of his career in the automotive industry. He excelled working in upper management and ownership of an automotive dealership. Ken's expertise in his management skills plus his abilities to generate excel report made him a definite asset to the team.
